The 2030 Agenda is a commitment of 193 countries and data support is so
much needed.
Shared country experiences in this regional meeting is rich. Most of the
countries can produce data on disability. However, there are still rooms for
improvement to make these be relevant at the country level and at the
global level. Together, let us address the comparability and data
disaggregation issue.
hope the region can develop disability questions,; for surveys; to have at
least a minimum standard tool for censuses and for surveys; and if
possible, have a GLOBAL Strategy for disability measurement for inclusive
growth
Hope we continue to collaborate in the region because there are a number
of Tier 3 SDG indicators which we can altogether develop including the
indicators on disability.
CONCLUSION
