Policy or National Program
National policy on Hydrogen and Fuel cells from 2009: ANR Programme – mainly PROGELEC programme
H2E Programme (2009 – 2017) ( subsidies: 63 M€, 50% for R&D, 50% for experimental deployment on customer sites)
Stationary and on-board FC development for early markets with reimbursable fees for experimental deployment
AXANE for < 10 kW stationary applications, mainly isolated sites AREVA Energy Storage (form. HELION) for > 10 kW stationary applications, mainly back-up systems and energy storage HyPulsion (from 2012) for 3 – 10 kW on-board systems, mainly forklifts (full system including H2 tank)
2011: Call for proposals H2-FC (demonstration) by ADEME: 3 projects accepted
2012 and 2013: Calls for proposals TITEC (smaller projects): about 5 funded projects
2012-2013: ADEME-AFHYPAC agreement on HFC activities in France
2013: Study « Mobilité H2 France » for definition of a National Road Map infrastructure deployment for land vehicles
