Our banquet room features a picturesque view of the course and pristine surroundings, a built-in sound system, and an adjacent outdoor patio.
Included in your Tournament Banquet:
• All-inclusive set-up and take down• 5’ round banquet tables (each table seats 8)• 8’ rectangle banquet tables (seats 8) • Table cloths and settings included and pre-set• Five large LCD screens and projector screen with customized advertising and/or scoring• Podium, Wireless microphone, Extension cords• Custom room arrangement to suit your needs
The Course
Tournaments are hosted on the 18-hole Ridge course, which offers a park-like setting with an aesthetic focus on trees and manicured turfs. The upper nine features spectacular views of the city from the cliff tops; while, the lower nine are influenced by rising hills and a winding creek to challenge your game to an incredible finish.

A Pro Shop credit of $10 per player is included in the tournament package. The Pro Shop credit can be used for your tournament prizes or tee gifts, or can be used in the form of Pro Shop gift certificates. Our professionals provide personalized service to assist you in deciding the perfect option for your event, including customized/corporate branded merchandise. Our Pro Shop is fully stocked with the latest top-quality clothing, golf clubs, balls and accessories. Our Corporate Sales Manager Matt Mackarenko, can assist you in finding the perfect options for your tournament. Our strong connections with several unique vendors and our ability to purchase tournament prizes at wholesale pricing will ensure your tournament and golfers get the most for the credit.

Sign & Submit Tournament Contract with $2,500 non-refundable deposit to secure event booking
60 Days Prior
In the event of cancellation after this time, all monies applied to tournament are non-refundable
No Later than One Month Prior
Tee gifts, prizes or other Pro Shop credit usage to be confirmed with Corporate Sales Manager for ordering
Two Weeks Prior
Entire menu selection must be confirmed
Finalized request for unique/specific products (that we do not already carry) to be ordered
Confirmed Tournament Format/Rules, and list of Hole Contests & Prizes
Requests for Hole-in-One Insurance arrangements
One Week Prior
Guaranteed number of golfers & banquet dinner attendees must be confirmed
Detailed list of requested Cart Screen Advertising for our team to design for you
Confirm number of required rental club sets and/or additional power carts
Confirm banquet set-up and requirements (prize tables, auctions table, A/V, etc.)
Ensure all your guests are informed of event, location, arrival and registrations times, tee time, dinner time & dress code (we can design an event program upon request)
