Heating is by two air to air heat pumps with electric back up for temps below 26f. This setting is adjustable for economy sake. There are two thermostats, one for each wing. Units are serviced

twice a year.

Electricity. All electric power in the area is underground. The house has 200 amp service to the main panel. There is a sub panel to the west end and two more for the pool house and the Garage. All wiring is copper and up to standard. There is power in several outdoor areas.
