“I think the concert was graceful and nice and there were lots of people and there was good music and a lot of people played the right notes!” [Dominica]

“Love our lessons at school. Love the songs. Brill concert.” [Zoe and Evie]

“Saw the concert in Warwick Arts Centre - absolutely amazing! I am a Grandmother, not on Facebook or Twitter, but went to see our Granddaughter playing violin in area strings. What a wonderful thing music is and Stringfever blew me away with their talent. Thank you to everyone concerned in the teaching and production of these concerts.” [Anita Willis]

After taking part in ‘UpBeat’ children are ready to take up an instrument and continue their musical journey by joining one of our many groups.

These groups range from beginner ‘Playtastic’ groups right through to our high standard and award winning ‘County’

groups. We are very proud of the range of opportunities we offer to all young people in Warwickshire. Even children not

learning instruments with us can still join in by being part of our Music Theatre groups and choirs.

Our fabulous partnership with ExCathedra will involve 18 schools this year in their sensational ‘Singing Playgrounds’

project – that is around 4,000 children, teachers and school staff sharing the joy of singing.

The music concert for UpBeat was great and especially the finale and Blazing Blues. [William]

Every child has the

opportunity to make music and

realise their dreams

The music concert was excellent

and I really enjoyed Mars for the

grand finale. Thank you for letting

me participate.

[Adisa]

“The music concert was amazing. I played the flute.” [Amelia]
