Why is this training 5 days long?

Scrum Alliance qualifications require at least five days of formal training to earn a Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) credential. CSD applicants must also demonstrate an understanding of agile engineering practices by taking and passing a formal CSD assessment. Since the Certified Scrum Master course is one of the CSD-eligible courses, we have added it within the same week of the technical Agile Developer Skills course for your convenience.

What is this training?

To succeed in software development, a team must use technical practices that ensure quality at speed. Developers must focus on clean code and solid craftsmanship throughout. This requires hands-on training and continuous adherence to proven

practices. This five-day experience prepares developers for work on Agile teams by providing them with the technical foundation and techniques necessary for unlocking the full potential of Agile development. These are interactive, collaborative workshops using thoughtfully crafted simulations, lecture and discussion.

What option is right for me?

We offer two courses, within the same week and location, to support your pursuit of the Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) credential. If you are already a CSM, you are not required to take the CSM course and should register only for the ADS course.

CSM Training $995

Certified Scrum Master training provides you with a thorough understanding of Agile principles and practices. You will be able to execute the essentials of Scrum such as: roles, sprints, backlogs, planning, progress and reporting.

+ADS Training $1,995

Agile Developer Skills training provides you with a thorough understanding of Agile development principles and practices including test driven development, pair programming, sustainable pace, simple design refactoring, strategies for common pitfalls, and continuous integration, coding standards/Java implementation patterns.
