Course Course Description Aviation Legislation Airworthiness Review Introduction Training Course Topics Target Groups The multimedia based training covers the following topics: • Technical / Administrative Employees • Management , Administrative and Support Personnel of Airlines, Air Operators, Maintenance and Overhaul Organizations Continuous Airworthiness Management Organizations Compliance monitoring sections Training Goals • Build-up the competence of employees regarding the structure and procedures of Airworthiness review requirements. Acquire ability to interpret Airworthiness review requirements independently in regard to daily workflow through supporting visualization of processes fixed in the law. Qualify the employees in regard to the theory and application of Airworthiness review regulations in their day-to-day business. The specific goals of the course are to: Regulatory Framework Introduction Regulation (EC) 216/2008 and its implementing rules Regulation (EC) 216/200 Implementing Rule Certification Implementing Rule Continuing Airworthiness Relationship between the various Annexes (Parts) 21, M, 145, 66, 147 & Ops Continuing airworthiness Content of Part-M Part-M Subpart G CAMO Part-M Subpart I Airworthiness Review Course Duration 1,5 hours The Aviation Legislation Training is an interactive state-of-the-art multimedia- based training in accordance with EASA standards and provides employees with essential information on international aviation legislation fundamentals. The course is designed to AICC and SCORM standards and combines rich multimedia graphics with limited use of text, audio narration and a high degree of interactive elements.
