It’s my pleasure to host you 19-21 September 2019 in the nice city of Aix en Provence for the 3rd EUS-ENDO meeting. Aix en Provence is closed to Marseille, 20 mn far away from the Airport, it’s a lovely medevial and roman city. It’s also the city of the famous painter Paul Cezanne.EUS-ENDO will offer you as usual one day of live transmission from Paoli-Calmettes Institute to the Congress center of Aix en Provence. We have invited worldwide experts on EUS and Endoscopy , they will demonstrate the last developments of these technologies (ERCP, ESD, Therapeutic EUS, RF ablation, etc….) during the live demonstrations.New EUS scopes will be showed as new accessories. The main goal of this meeting will be to demonstrate the complementarity of EUS and ERCP for bilio-pancreatic diseases, to show also new procedures as Radiofrequency ablation of bilio-pancreatic cancers, Cholangio-pancreaticoscopy, confocal laser endomicroscopy, EUS guided bilio-pancreatic drainage etc…During the second day, experts will give lectures on the last “burning “ points of endoscopy and endoscopic ultrasound, this day should be interactive between the participants and the experts, sessions of oral communications will be organized in which participants will debate with the experts. Abstracts presented during EUS-ENDO will be published in Endoscopic Ultrasound review. The third day will be dedicated to hands on, different stations will be available for ERCP, EUS-FNA, EUS pseudo-cyst drainage and EUS biliary drainage.Save the date and I would like to wish you a pleasant stay and a successful meeting in the lovely city of Aix en Provence .
