Objectives Students must be able to:
1. Identify various type of stepper motor
2. Able to Inspect stepper motor
3. Understand the procedures of opening and fixing on stepper motor
4. Identify the performance of various types of stepper motor.
5. Identify the performance of various types of controller of stepper motor.
6. Able to write a report.
7. Identify of troubleshoot system
8. Identify faults on electronics system
9. Able to verify and replace faulty components
10. Identify TTL, CMOS, MSI and LSI chip
11. Identify scale of integration
12. Able to test the function of TTL and CMOS
SynopsisMaintain stepper motor using oscilloscope, lifting equipment, megger meter and the other
related equipment so that the stepper motor is inspected, serviced and performance
tested for functionality. Do a testing on active component (TTL and CMOS chips from MSI
and LSI using IC tester, logic pulse, logic analyzer, oscilloscope and the related equipment
so that system and caused of malfunction of hardware identified, faulty component is
verified, replaced thus function according to specification.
