I would like to take this opportunity to introduce you to myself, and my numerous years of oil field

experience.

I started in the oil industry in 1980 as a wire line assistant, and learned all aspects of down hole tools and

bottom hole assemblies. Within 6 months I was operating a wire line truck and was specialized in plug and

sleeve work as well as bottom hole recorders.

I was then recruited to into the well testing industry, and within a short period of time I was supervising well

tests. I was then put into a management position and was tasked with in field training of new employees,

and the training of experienced personnel.

I have had many positions in the Well Testing industry, from Field Supervisor, to owning my own Testing

Company as President. I have managed as many as 20 crews, approximately a 110 man Well Testing staff.

I have had great success with employee relations and have received Oil Company references from our

satisfied clients.

My experience has taken me from the Canadian oil & gas fields, to work in the middle east for Saudi

Aramco.. As a previous owner of Panther Production Services Canada, I obtained a contract from Saudi

Aramco to flow back some of the first gas wells fraced in KSA. We shipped a 1440psi x 60 bbl 4 phase

separator to KSA and worked there for 5 years. I also developed sand management systems, being my

specialty, as well as marketing testing companies in Iran, UAE, Oman, Indonesia, and Singapore for

Integrated Production Services.

I am familiar and well versed in Surface Data Acquisition as well as Well Testing Programs such as Fekette

Petro Class and Wellserv. I am proficient in all software such as Word, Excel, Power point, First Page, PDF;

I also developed and posted our website www.dawsontesting,com.

I have overseen and developed our HSE program, Quality Assurance & Quality Control programs, and

performed a National Safety Code audit for our trucking company. I have also administered our accounts

with Complworks and ISNetworld, for all the companies I have managed.

Sales was also part of my many duties, I have spent a substantial amount of time performing Calgary sales,

local oil company offices, and on site sales in the field. I have also flow tested SAGD wells for Cenovus and

MEG energy

I was operating a testing business in Canada, but with the oil industry slowing down in Canada, I have

closed the company and am pursuing other options.
