To Whom It May Concern,

My name is Mrs. Leah Martinez, and I am seeking a full-time administrative or clerical position. I am excited and humbled to be considered for this position, and your company should be excited as well. I am a bright, talented young woman whose life experiences and personality can contribute to a dynamic and efficient workplace. I believe that my work experiences and personality are well suited for this position.

I have experience working in education and business, and both industries have equipped me with skills essential to working in this position. I am organized, focused, high-achieving, and enthusiastic. As an assistant manager, I learned to be flexible and to learn new routines quickly and with accuracy. As a high school teacher, I learned to be patient, understanding, and to prioritize time-management skills.

I have also developed essential skills while obtaining my Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics with concentrations in Writing and Secondary Education. Throughout my education, I learned perseverance and determination to work through stressful situations. As a math major, I learned to seek not one solution to a problem but to seek many solutions, analyze all possibilities, and reach a sound conclusion using data and logic.

I hope that you take the time to look through my resume and other application materials to consider me for this position. If you would like to contact me with any questions or to set up an interview, you can reach me at 956-626-7097 or via email at [email protected]. I look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

Mrs. Leah Martinez
