I will graduate in May of 2016 and presently have a 4.0 GPA and am a member of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. I currently possess the Guest Service Professional (CGSP®) certification, TripAdvisor Reputation Management, CVENT certification, as well as the ServSafe certification. As an executive assistant and licensed Realtor, I have personally assisted with contractual and closing documents with millions of dollars in sales. As an executive assistant and Realtor, I deal extensively with hundreds of customers, agents, attorneys and closing agents in the closing process. On a daily basis, I deal extensively with customers, their agents and attorneys in the detailed process of moving the contract to the closing stages. My interpersonal skills and customer relation skills are excellent. I am also a skilled negotiator prepared to assist my client achieve the best deal for their situation. As a skilled Realtor and executive assistant, I also have highly developed people skills. In my current position, telecommunications as well as computer skills are a daily part of my job description. Sales promotion, soliciting new clients, using segmentation in customer/ client retention, closing and securing the deal, advertising and web promotion are an integral part of my daily agenda. My passion is customer service and my loyalty to my company. I am fueled by competition and the synergy from team work. I am highly energetic with a creative response to handling unique situations. I am willing to go beyond the average in order to achieve this goal and desire. As a student, I will be covering numerous courses dealing with hotel management as well as hospitality in the next year. My greatest goal is to achieve a high level in management with hotel management. I am well known for my strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. I have a foundational belief that the customer always comes first and I will do everything in my power to satisfy this need. During my first semester with the Culinary Institute, I was requested by Mr. Blake Hallman and Dean Saboe to participate in the 2015 Vintner’s Dinner. This dinner is a 600 guest, four course wine dinner that brought in over $465,000 in donations. A quote from Mr. Blake Hallman: Although we typically require students to have completed our dining room class before participating, I waived that requirement based on Ms. Perkins’ level of professionalism, high energy, and solid communication skills. She is a mature woman who also comes with strong administrative skills.” I believe that my resume fully details my qualifications for a sales position with your property. I am willing to participate in management training or any other training that your company offers in order to grow as a valuable asset to you.
