As Kirman Hotels, the top priority is the safety and health of our valuable guests and our employees.

After the release of the first news about the Covid 19 pandemic

we pursue as Group daily the developments of the World Health

Organization and the Ministry of Health of Turkey, from these sources

and publications, we took action at the highest level in the light of the

information provided.

Due to Covid 19, new hygiene and cleanliness measures have been

added to existing standard procedures in our hotels.

The World Health Organization published the new cleaning and

hygiene measures in accordance with the Ministry of Health of the

Republic of Turkey, the Minister of Tourism and the Ministry of Tourism

of the Republic of Turkey.

We have put together all of our cleaning and hygiene measures for you

and would like to share them with you.

MESSAGE FROM OUR GENERAL MANAGER EMPLOYEES

• All our staff have been given training on Covid-19 protection methods

and contamination conditions since the first day. And these trainings are

repeated regularly.

• The transfer vehicles used by our personnel are disinfected before and

after each time. It is mandatory to wear a protective mask inside the

vehicles. The capacity of the Transfer vehicles was reduced by 50% and the

physical distance rule was complied with.

• Employees are screened for health and fire measurements when they enter

work.Staff not coming to work feeling unwell he’s been informed.

• There are informative posters and leaflets in the common areas of staff and

a safe physical distance rule is applied in these areas.

• Uniforms are often changed and their hygiene is ensured.

• All personnel areas have been rearranged according to the social distance

rule and a sufficient number of disinfection units have been

placed. A maximum of 2 people are accommodated

in the staff rooms. Physical structure and service

style has been rearranged in staff dining halls. In

addition, disposable service materials are used in

the staff dining hall.

• All our personnel use gloves with mask or visor

while working.

FRONT OFFİCE

• All C/in and c/out transactions are social distance It has been

rearranged in accordance with the rules. Secure waiting areas have been

established. Distance markers have been placed.

• After being disinfected, the guest suitcases are taken to the rooms.

• A system has been created for our guests to perform online C/in

transactions from their own phones when they come to our hotel. With

this system, they will be able to quickly and safely perform the C/in

process while sipping drinks in the lobby.

• For the guests who want valet,are used with clothes, masks and gloves.

Vehicle keys are also disinfected

• Our guests are welcomed with thermal camera or contactless fever

measurement, disinfection mats and hand disinfection at the entrance of

the hotel. Masks and gloves will be provided upon request of guests.

• All our guests about applications and precautions information is

provided upon entry.

• Room door cards are disinfected before entering. The pen to be used to

fill the required documents is given to our guests in a

packaged form.

• Room cards for our guests leaving the hotel

it is disinfected by hiding in different boxes.

• Number of contactless pos devices in our

hotels has been increased.

• Our guests can reach the hotel information

via the mobile application and submit their

requests.

• In addition, our guests can get information about the hotel they want

and make A’la carte reservations from Kirman application.

• Our Cleaning staff work in the room with mask,gloves and galoshes.

While cleaning another room, these materials are replaced and new ones

are provided. The same conditions are applied by all personnel entering

the rooms.

• Single-use cleaning products are used in

the cleaning of our guest rooms.

• Effective disinfectants that do not harm

health in room cleaning are used. Surfaces

such as door handles, batteries, tv

control, telephone, electrical buttons are

disinfected after each stay.

• The bedspreads and decor pillows in the

rooms and all paper,cardboard and leather

materials, except those legally required, have

been removed.

• Our guest rooms contain hand sanitizer

and disinfectant pack wipes. If requested by guests, masks are sent to

the rooms.

• All textile materials come to our hotels with bags after washing at high

temperature and for a sufficient time.

• After our guests check out, all boucle materials are replaced with new

ones.

• Detailed disinfection of air conditioning culverts and blowing covers in

guest rooms has been updated every week.

• Our rooms are ventilated during cleaning and after guests have

checked out.

• The rooms are disinfected with ULV (chlorine dioxide) upon the exit of

each guest.

Our general areas of use are redesigned according to the rule of social

distance.

Regulations have been issued and the necessary precautions have been

taken.

Informative figureheads have been published.

For frequently touched surfaces,

extra disinfection procedures are carried out.

All ventilation systems are frequently

disinfected. The fresh air supply systems

are set as far as possible in closed rooms.

Position stickers and information boards

are placed in the elevators according to

social distance rules.

Disinfection devices or special disinfection wipes are available in all

general areas and toilets.

The lobby area is covered with chlorine dioxide, closed areas and general

areas are covered with ULV, fabric seats are disinfected with a steam

engine.

Hand dryers and hair dryers in the common areas are not used.

In the small shops in the hotel, social distance rules are observed. Before

or after the opening hours, the shops are foggy with ULV.

Our hotels are certified by Elite FSSC for food safety. In our hotels, the highest hygiene and quality standards apply to food production areas.

Our kitchen areas, all kinds of appliances in the kitchen, worktops and storage areas are constantly cleaned and disinfected carefully.

Sterilization devices for storing tools and equipment as well as necessary hygiene items for hands and body parts are available in the kitchen.

Our kitchen staff work with a protective mask, hairnet and gloves. Detailed training is given on the rules to be followed.

Dirty objects are only cleaned in the dishwasher.

FOOD & BEVERAGE AREAS

• The classic menus in bars and restaurants have been removed and menu images from the QR code via Kirman application or menu images from the televisions in bars have been started to be used.

• There are hand sanitizing tools in the restaurant entrance and bars.

• All our service personnel serve with masks.

• Tables in our main restaurants are set according to social distance. In addition, our guests can make a table reservation at the main restaurant every evening free of charge if they request it privately. When you arrive at our hotels, you can reserve your table by contacting the Guest Relations team.

• In order to maintain social distance, the stools in front of the bars have been removed. Signs reminding you of social distancing have been applied to every point where there may be a wait in bars and restaurants.

• Table and chair arrangements in bars and restaurants are arranged according to social distance.

• Cutlery is served in disposable packaging.

• The self-service beverage machines in our food and beverage departments have been removed and will be served by our staff.

• The open buffet has designed barriers to prevent contact with food and the service is served by the kitchen staff. In order to reduce the intensity of our buffet restaurants, some a’la carte restaurants are also served.

• In all our food and beverage units, the dirty ones are only washed with dishwashers.

• Tables,stools,bistros and chairs in food and beverage areas are disinfected after each use. Disposable materials are used in cleaning operations. Fabric sections are cleaned by steam machine.

• Our service personnel carrying clean and dirty materials are organized to be different people.

• All mixers and pipettes are served with packs.

• Tablecloths and runners are replaced with each new guest and cloth napkins are not used.

• Whole Foods are stored indoors or covered.

POOL, BEACH AND ENTERTAINMENT AREAS

• As always, pool cleaning is performed in accordance with hygienic and legal

conditions.

• All our sunbeds are placed at appropriate intervals for social distance.

• All beach towels are given to guests by our staff in packs. In addition, it will be

left to the rooms every day in packs.

• Our entertainment activities have been re-designed so as not to create crowd

and intensity, and the areas of use have been organized according to the social

distance rule.

• Outdoor areas are preferred for recreational activities.

• Lifeguards will operate in pools based on the maximum number of users

according to the social distance rule.

• Sunbeds in our hotels will be booked according to your room number. When

you arrive at our hotel, you can contact our Guestrelations team and make a

reservation. This way, during your holiday, your sunbeds will be yours alone.

SPA& FITNESS

• The capacity to use in our Sauna, Turkish bath and steam rooms is limited

according to hygienic conditions and social distance practices. Hand

sanitizer is available in the designated areas.

• Disposable cleaning cloths and materials are used.

• The bedspreads and decor materials in the massage rooms have been

removed.

• During the massage, the therapist uses a mask.

• Drink treats are used with disposable materials.

• Boucle materials are disposable.

• Wet wipes are used with antiseptic or high alcohol content.

• The spa lobby area is disinfected with chlorine dioxide at specified

frequency. Fabric sections are cleaned by steam machine.

• After each massage the rooms are fogged with ULV.

• In massage rooms, areas containing excess contact are heavily

disinfected. Massage beds and especially the head section are disinfected

after each use.

• Our Fitness areas have started to work with the reservation system. You

can make a reservation and use it according to capacity.

All sports equipment, machinery and equipment in our Fitness halls

are arranged at appropriate distances and disinfection procedures are

performed after each use. Hand sanitizer is available in the designated

areas.

• The number of people who will use our Fitness rooms at the same time is

limited and disposable soap, shower gel, shampoo are used.

WAREHOUSE AND REAR AREAS

• Our hotels supervise food suppliers in accordance with FSSC certification standards.

• Food supplies are purchased from the suppliers we have selected by auditing and are accepted to our facilities after all the necessary control and disinfection procedures.

• Storage and storage conditions and production in our facilities forms are made in highly hygienic environments.

• The employees of the company who bring the product to the hotel are given a new mask,gloves, galoshes and bonnet by measuring their temperature.

• The hotel attendant moves on to the next vehicle by washing his hands and changing his glove after unloading each vehicle’s goods.

• The warehouses are frequently checked according to the relevant hygiene list.

QUALITY APPLICATIONS• A pandemic Safety Team has been established in our hotels.

• Manufacturers are specifically inspected against the possibility of cross-contamination.

• In the areas of purchasing goods, supplier companies are provided to work according to the specified rules.

• The shops within the hotel are operated according to the established rules.

• ATP measurements are made for cleaning, disinfecting frequency and effectiveness of guest contact areas according to the disinfecting points follow-up chart.

• The risk, analysis, training and distribution created in terms of Occupational Health and safety related to the pandemic has been provided.

• Informative staff trainings are organized in our hotels.

• Information is constantly given about measures that need to be updated or additional.
