    1.2.5.1 A Contracting State, having issued a

    licence, shall ensure that the privileges granted by that

    licence, or by related ratings, are not exercised unless

    the holder maintains competency and meets the

    requirements for recent experience established by that

    State.

    Examiner or an Aviation

    Medical Examiner Center

    in order to renew the

    before mentioned license

    normally.

    Given that since April, 18

    th, scheduled medical

    consultations were allowed

    to resume, it is decided

    renovation, they will

    normally be carried out .

    Those users who are in

    remote áreas, unable to

    renew their AMC and who

    fulfill essential tasks, may

    benefit from RESOLUTION

    188/2020 as long as they

    present an affidavit of

    health, an

    electrocardiogram and a

    routine and toxicological

    laboratory test. The before

    mentioned documentation

    will be evaluated at ANAC,

    together with the

    antecedents that appear in

    the database and then a

    video call will be made with

    the user. This mitigates

    operational risk to a

    bearable level. These

    measures will be reviewed

    every 90 days in order to

    adjust them in parallel with

    the lifting of the circulation

    restrictions, which will

    eventually take place

    during the health

    emergency.

    1.2.9.1 Until 2 November 2022, aeroplane, airship,

    helicopter and powered-lift pilots, air traffic controllers

    and aeronautical station operators shall demonstrate

    the ability to speak and understand the language used

    for radiotelephony communications to the level

    specified in the language proficiency requirements in

    Appendix 1.

    4.5.2.2.1 The applicant shall have:

    a) satisfactorily completed an approved training

    course;

    b) provided, satisfactorily, under the supervision

    of an appropriately rated air traffic controller:

    1) aerodrome control rating: an aerodrome

    control service, for a period of not less

    than 90 hours or one month, whichever is

    greater, at the unit for which the rating is

    A rating shall become invalid when an air traffic

    re-established.

    9.3 FLIGHT CREW MEMBER TRAINING

    PROGRAMMES

    9.3.1 The operator shall establish and maintain a

    ground and flight training programme, approved by the

    State of the Operator, which ensures that all flight crew

    members are adequately trained to perform their

    assigned duties. The training programme shall:

    a) include ground and flight training facilities and

    properly qualified instructors as determined by

    the State of the Operator;

    b) consist of ground and flight training in the

    type(s) of aeroplane on which the flight crew

    member serves;

    c) include proper flight crew coordination and

    training in all types of emergency and

    abnormal situations or procedures caused by

    engine, airframe or systems malfunctions, fire

    management and in the transport of dangerous
