Decrease the number of people physically in our offices at the same time by Working From Home (WFH).

our goal. our tactics.

Our goal is to decrease the risk of exposure to our

employees and create a work space where we can be together. Our culture is about collaborating and

working together.

Modify seating arrangement to maintain social distancing protocols. And, if necessary, assign strategic WFH days.

Require those who may be sick to stay home.

Coordinate with our landlords and understand their protocols - primarily around common areas, elevators, and cleaning.

Encourage good hygiene and use of PPE.

Maintain social distancing within the work place. No hand shakes or hugs. Pay special attention to pantry and coffee areas. If someone is there, wait to enter until they are done.

We encourage you to bring food from home to reduce the number of times you have to go in and out of the office. Eat lunch at your desk, outside, or in a location you can maintain 6’ of separation from others.

Large meetings will be held virtually within the office. We’ve limited seating to promote social distancing, please don’t move or add chairs to the conference rooms.

Practice good hygiene - if you have to sneeze or cough, do so in your elbow.

Be aware of your assigned WFH days as we reduce overall occupancy in our offices as needed to promote social distancing. If you have a need to be in the office on your WFH day, there will be a few shared seating locations for those situations.

Increase cleaning of your personal space, especially if you leave the building. When you come back, make sure to wipe down your desk.

Remove paper from your work-surface daily so that surfaces can be effectively wiped down at the end/start of each day by our employees.
