EASY INSTALLATIONThe Fairbanks CP Scale mounts on mostcleat-type carriage forklifts. The weighcarriage attaches to the existing forkcarriage without time-consuming orexpensive modifications — simplyremove the forks, attach the weighcarriage, then slide the forks backon the weigh carriage. signal transfer for communicationsbetween the scale and instrument —eliminating traditional hard-wired cabling.Instrument cabling has proven to bea high maintenance item for forkliftoperations because it is prone todamage from shocks and vibrationsthat occur during routine forklift use.

LIFTING CAPACITY LOSS While it is true that adding a scalesystem to a fork truck minimizes itslifting capacity, Fairbanks reduces thisloss to less than 10% and maintains
