With reference to the letter under reference, circles were requested to forward theACR/APAR for the period from 2007-08 to 2012-13 w.r.t. the list of officers mentioned atAnnexure -I. (46)

On this issued, some circles are enquiring aiout the list of officers (retired) enclosed in.,2"d sheet of soft copy i2771.

' In this regard, all circles are requested to forward the APARs for the period from 2007.08to 2Ol2-13 of officers working at present as mentioned at Annexure- I only algng withtabulation sheet signed by a officer of the rank not below GM(HR)/ (Admn) of the concerned circle.It is once again feiterated that the APARs of officers working at present only are to be sentto this office.

All circles are also requested to forward the date of joining as AGM/DE(T) on regularbasis of the officers mentioned in Annexure - I. ..

Circles are also requested flOt to fonrard the APARs of the officers (2771 mentioned in2"d sheet of soft copy. Circles are requested to verify the list mentioned in 2'a sheet (soft copy) andintimate the name of the officer, if any, working at present. APARs of such officers also may beforwarded, if he/she is working at present.
