Pre-Seed Eligibility

Any team of individuals which meets thebelow criteria:

Main applicant is a Malaysian aged 18 yearsand above, and

Main applicant is permanently residing inMalaysia, and

Minimum of 2 applicants and maximum of 5applicants per application

Personnel, services & technology to produce prototype/demos

Purchase / execution of market feasibility study and research

IP search, advisory and basic agreement drafting

At least 51% of the companys equity is heldby Malaysians

Company in operations for less than 3 years

Companys total revenue is not more thanRM5mil in its total financial history

Company owns the Intellectual Property (IP)

rights of the products and/or services, whichis intended for commercialisation
