Blackberry Farm’s three restaurants create a magical epicurean experience. With style both fancy and familiar, the culinary team holds the status of Grand Chef, the highest mark of culinary excellence attainable by establishments within the Relais & Châteaux organization.

�e breakfast and lunch experience is set in the Main House dining room, the original home on property, which captures the warmth and pleasure of family and friends gathered around the table to share their favorite foods, representing

the cuisine that Blackberry Farm has become known for over the past forty years. �e cuisine is most definitely Southern in every way. Discover the same commitment to local, fresh ingredients and the customs of the foothills, but enjoy in a more relaxed setting.

Our dining experience in �e Barn at Blackberry Farm®, a turn-of-the-century bank-style barn, is located in the center of our Farmstead. Multi-course dinner menus focus on the freshest farm products harvested just a few feet from the front door. Alongside the antique linens, custom china and sterling silver is a style of cuisine that is composed and delicate, expressing the simplicity of our ingredients from the Farm and the South.

Rooted in the same philosophy of Foothills Cuisine®, �e Dogwood at Blackberry Farm® is a place of “come as you are” moments with its farmhouse inspired menu, small batch beverage list, and genuine sense of southern hospitality and service. Focused on southern specialties and dixieland cocktails with a dose of family feel and bustling energy, the Dogwood dining experience gives you the chance to enjoy the Main House’s iconic view of the Smokies. �e menu offers a wholesome array of southern entrees, shareable appetizers and family style sides for the table, followed by southern favorites like pies, cakes, crisps and seasonally perfect fruit served from the Dogwood hutch. Diners will also enjoy passed small bites and snacks throughout the night.

NIGH T LY R AT E S

Nightly room rates are for two guests – based upon a modified American Plan. Your rate includes dinner on your day of arrival through lunch/brunch the day of departure in one of our restaurants during traditional dining hours (Breakfast from 7:30-10:30am, Lunch from Noon-2:30pm and Dinner in �e Barn from 6:00-9:00pm or in the Dogwood from 5:30-9:00pm), along with all pantry snacks, pantry non-alcoholic beverages and non-guided activities. Supplementary charges will apply for Wellhouse snacks and beverages, guided activities, alcohol, gift shop items, and additional food and beverage experiences either via in-room dining, private chef experience, dining afield or in our restaurants during non-traditional dining times. A two-night minimum is required for all stays and a three-night minimum is required for stays during mid March – mid November. All holidays require at least a three-night minimum stay, and �anksgiving is a five-night minimum. Contact reservations for more information.

Planning Your Stay

D E P O SIT A N D PAY M E N T

Due to our size, cancellations affect us significantly; therefore, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least thirty days prior to your arrival will result in a refund of the deposit minus a $100.00 non-refundable administration fee. Within twenty-nine to fifteen days prior to your arrival, we will gladly move your full deposit to new dates within one year of your original arrival date, based on availability. If your reservation is cancelled inside fifteen days of arrival, 50% of your original deposit will be forfeited and the remainder of your deposit may be moved to a new reservation date that must fall within one year of your original arrival date. If you are unable to reschedule your arrival date within the allotted time, it will result in the entire forfeiture of your deposit. You are always welcome to send someone in your place. A credit card will be requested at the time of arrival. Sales tax, occupancy tax and service charge will be added to your nightly rate and applied to the credit card provided at check-in. Staff tipping is not anticipated, nor expected.

We guarantee your room to be ready by 4:00pm the day of arrival. If you arrive before this time, we will store your luggage while you enjoy the property until 4:00pm when your accommodations are ready. If you plan to arrive prior to 4:00pm please notify the Concierge so you can enjoy the many activities Blackberry Farm has to offer. Check out time is 12:00 noon.

Blackberry Farm is a family friendly property year-round. Dining options vary by age. Blackberry Farm’s fine dining restaurant, �e Barn, is available for diners ten years and older. Guests of all ages are welcome to dine in the relaxed atmosphere of �e Dogwood by reservation from 5:30 to 7:00pm. Family Time at Blackberry Farm spans from Memorial Day to Labor Day and offers an array of dining options for children including Camp Blackberry’s Dinner and a Movie at Teensy’s. Please contact our team for restaurant openings and details. Charges for an additional person or children sharing the same room as their parents/adults are as follows:

One child is suitable in Guest Rooms with king-size bed and two small children are welcome in the Cottage Suites and Cottages. Children over ten years old are required to adhere to the dress code for �e Barn dining room. Individual rates are based on double occupancy and include nightly accommodations, pantry snacks and three meals per day of our celebrated Foothills Cuisine® (with the exclusion of in-room dining and chef’s tasting menu). M A I N H OUSE

�e eleven Historic Rooms at Blackberry Farm are our original rooms dating back to our beginning. �ese small, intimate rooms are individually decorated with period antiques and represent the true essence of country-house style. �e rooms vary in architectural layout and size. Giving a sense of “coming home” to Blackberry Farm, guests enjoy the convenience of staying in the Main House or Guest House. Expect a feeling of warmth and coziness as if enjoying a private bedroom at a great country estate. Each house has common areas for relaxing with fireplaces in season and beautiful views of the mountains from the outdoor veranda. Stocked pantries are centrally located for easy access to bottled water, coffee, sodas and snacks.

Each of the nine Guest House rooms offer either a king or twin-sized featherbeds. �e Guest House living room offers overstuffed sofas and chairs, two cozy fireplaces and a stone veranda.

Nestled on a wooded hillside at our Farmstead, the twelve Singing Brook Cottage Suites provide a sophisticated and refined getaway. Each features a combination living room/bedroom with our signature king-sized feather beds, quiet porches with chaise furniture, and a fully stocked pantry. Singing Brook Cottage Suites offer connecting doors giving the ability to book side-by-side suites - ideal for family or friends traveling together. Also included is your own private golf cart.

�e sixteen Holly Glade Cottage Suites offer the ulti-mate experience in privacy and comfort. Warm and welcoming, the four Hill Cottages are a fashionable approach to ultimate luxury and comfort. �e Carriage House is composed of four spacious individual premium suites featuring sweeping mountain views and private entries. Built in 2015, the Carriage House boasts some of our most well-appointed accommodations with king beds and traditional finishes of stone, slate, plaster and reclaimed white oak. Relax on the private veranda and enjoy unmatched views of the Great Smoky Mountains.

Houses

Perfect for couples, families, friends or a group traveling together, our houses provide several bedroom options ranging from three to five bedrooms with common areas, kitchens and plush living spaces. �ese accommodations also offer the best private chef and dining experiences with their fully-functioning kitchens and dining rooms. FA R M HOUSE

Inviting and familiar, the classic farmhouse serves as one of the anchors of the Farmstead, recalling the engaging architecture and style of America’s early rural homes. Crafted of antique materials from an 1800s Pennsylvania bank barn, with exceptional care taken to add modern comforts while preserving historic character, the design includes three comfortable king bedrooms, each with their own spacious bath, and a welcoming living room with fireplaces. Perfect for families and small groups, the Farmhouse also includes a fully-equipped kitchen for on-site chef service.

TH E GA R DE N H OUSE

�e Garden House is perfect for friends and families coming to Blackberry Farm as a group. Featuring a main house and two charming cottages clustered near each other, the Garden House is designed to give groups an intimate way to experience the beauty of Blackberry Farm together. �e Garden House and its guest cottages offer luxurious amenities, including five king beds, en-suite bathrooms, heated bathroom floors, a fireplace and hardwood floors. �e Garden House features a full kitchen, perfect for private chef experiences.
