1. Right-click on the current image2. From the menu, select Format Picture... 3. Click on Fill (as illustrated)4. Click on the File… button (as illustrated)5. Locate and select a new picture. Click Insert6. Click Close (as illustrated)

If the picture is not framed satisfactorily:

1. Follow instructions 1-3 above2. Set Fill behaviour to No fill3. Click Close4. Use the Picture command on the Insert tab

to add your own image to the slide5. Reposition and resize the picture to roughly

cover the picture ‘window’6. Right-click on the picture and select Send to Back then

adjust image position and size if required
