Create an Online Profile Add a Water Account to Your Profile Add Multiple Account Numbers to Your Profile

Set Up Auto Pay Using a Checking or Savings Account
Set Up Auto Pay Using a Credit Card or Debit Card
Create an Online Profile Click “New User”
Fill in all Information with a red * Your password must contain:
At least four characters
At least one uppercase letter
At least one lower case letter
At least one number
Click “Create New User”
This confirmation box will appear, letting you know that your confirmation email has been sent to your
email address
Enable Your Online Profile Open the email from “System Admin” in your personal email account
Click on the LINK at the bottom of the email to ENABLE your user profile
This is the confirmation that your user profile has been successfully ENABLED
Click “Login”
Input your EMAIL ADDRESS and PASSWORD
Click “Logon”
Add a Water Account to Your User Profile Click “Select Account”
Click “Add Account”
Enter your account number and due date of your most recent bill Click “Submit”
To access your account from the Home Page Click “Select Account”
Click on the account number for your account in order to access your records and make payments
Add Multiple Water Accounts to Your Profile After creating your profile (steps above) Click “Select Account”
Click “Edit Master Account”
Click “Add Account”.
Enter both parts of your account number Enter the due date from your most recent bill Click “Submit”
Click on “Home” to get to the home page for your profile
To view all linked water accounts click “Select Account” Click the account number of the account you wish to enter
Manage eBilling (Go paperless)
Login to your user account at aurorawater.org
Click “Select Account” (paperless has to be added to every account separately)
Click on the account number
Click “Manage eBilling”
Select “Go Paperless” or “ebill notification AND paper statement”
Enter your email address
Click Submit

Auto Pay Using a Checking or Savings account
Login to your user account at aurorawater.org
Click “Select Account”.
Click on the account number.
Click “Auto Pay”.
Click “Enroll”.
Click “Savings/Checking”
Note: Any payment method that is already in your “wallet” will show up on the screen and you can
choose to enroll in Auto Pay with that particular payment method instead by clicking on the “enroll” link
next to it.
Select checking or savings.
Add your routing number and account number.
Click “Continue”.
Click “Continue”.
Read the Terms and Conditions of Auto Pay and click accept if applicable.
Click “OK”.
Click on “OK”.
Once the enrollment has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do
not receive this email, be sure to check your SPAM and junk mail folders.

Auto Pay Using a Credit or Debit Card
Login to your user account at aurorawater.org
Click “Select Account”.
Click on the account number.
Click “Auto Pay”.
Click “Enroll”.
Click “Other CC”.
Note: Any payment method that is already in your “wallet” will show up on the screen and you can
choose to enroll in Auto Pay with that particular payment method instead by clicking on the “enroll” link
next to it.
Enter the card information.
At the bottom of the screen select the appropriate answer that applies to you:
There is currently no outstanding balance on your account.
There is a balance on your account and you wish to make a payment today to bring your account
current.
You owe a balance on your account, it is NOT past due, and you wish for it to come out of your
card on its due date, listed below.
Click “continue”.
Click “Continue”.
Note: If you have multiple water account numbers attached to your profile, you will see a screen that
shows the Auto Pay status of all of your linked accounts. Note that you will have to sign up each account
separately for Auto Pay.
Read the Terms and Conditions of Auto Pay and click “accept” if applicable.
Click “OK”.
Click “OK”.
This page will now show that you are signed up for Auto Pay.
Once the enrollment has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do
not receive this email, be sure to check your SPAM and junk mail folders.
