Create Custom Audience – this allows you to cost effectively “touch” people that know like and trust you – ensure that people SEE YOUR POSTS from your BUSINESS PAGE - Your Sphere of Influence (ex. 3000 people – business cards, social, neighbors) - Create tighter one as well around past customers or farm –(ex. 500 ea) - Create even tighter one around people that you think might buy/sell in next 18 months (ex. 50) Step 1 Go to Ads Manager ( https://www.facebook.com/ads/create ) From drop down “Create New” select Custom Audience

Step 2 Choose Customer File (Eventually you should do “re-targeting and this is where you will chose “website traffic” – but that is another lesson)

Step 3 Upload your spreadsheet of contacts with as many of these fields as you have

Actually Step zero before you do this is to GET ORGANIZED – get all the papers, cards, spreadsheets, phones, CRM’s etc. and put into spreadsheet. Save as .csv file . Then upload here – At minimum you need FName, LName, Cell, Email This list will also come in handy to SUGGEST your BUSINESS PAGE to friends for free !
