The Property Buying GroupLeeds 7000 sq ftDuration: 9 weeks

The Property Buying Group engaged us at the same time they started their property search. We assisted them by space planning various sites helping them with their ultimate decision. Team Design Tonic designed, created and furnished the entire building Team Design Tonic designed, created and furnished the entire building taking it from a dilapidated highly cellular space to a bright, modern open plan space filled with spaces to breakout, collaborate, work and play in.

We were engaged by Edit to create a vibrant, considered space. The end result facilitates large scale presentations and provides important private meeting spaces, quiet rooms and collaboration zones. Headingley StadiumThe Hawke SuiteLeeds 3500 sq ftDuration: 5 weeks

The full refurbishment of the existing Hawke Suite and adjacent classrooms marked a milestone for the Yorkshire County Cricket Club. We were engaged to transform the space in a period of 5 weeks, in time for the start of the 2019 season. Keeping the heritage of the club at the for the start of the 2019 season. Keeping the heritage of the club at the forefront of the brief we have given them a suite which now hosts the great and good of cricket. Traditional finishes mixed with clever storage and hosting areas all overseen by Lord Hawke, create a high end premium feel.

North BarLeeds 1000 sq ftDuration: 5 weeks with the bar still trading

North bar in Leeds city centre is an institution, its been a go to venue for North bar in Leeds city centre is an institution, its been a go to venue for over 22 years and has seen a fair amount of action. We managed to give it a well overdue facelift whilst still trading. A whole new bar and cellar were supplied and a kitchen added as well as new flooring, lighting, decoration, shopfront and lots of feature joinery. We kept the heart of North bar whilst lovingly making it a bit shinier and a bit newer.

As one of Leeds thriving digital agencies Twenty Six Digital wanted As one of Leeds thriving digital agencies Twenty Six Digital wanted an office which matched their vibrant personality. We worked closely with them to give them zones which worked for their team. Collaboration is key to their business so we gave them various settings each with different features and each with plug and play technology making this a truly flexible space.

Fryday Castleford

Duration: 5 weeks

We worked closely with Fryday Irish fish and chips on the launch of their very first venue in the UK. The brand identity runs through each outlet taking inspiration from their first pop up container venue. Sarto is a welcome addition to the Leeds restaurant seen. We worked with the inhouse team to launch this Italian inspired venue.

King’s HouseLeeds 6500 sq ftDuration: 14 weeks

We were engaged by the owners of King’s House, Leeds to upgrade We were engaged by the owners of King’s House, Leeds to upgrade the full building to Cat A stage ready to launch back to market. Our designers worked closely with the project team exposing existing features, reworking office suites to improve flow and completing a full common parts upgrade which now befits this great building.

Masons of YorkshireLeeming4000 sq ftDuration: 10 weeks

When the original home of Masons Yorkshire Gin was devastated by a When the original home of Masons Yorkshire Gin was devastated by a fire, they moved quickly to source a new site to home production and office and to add a Gin school, shop, bar and laboratory. We were with them every step of the way realising their vision. In order to maximise space we added a mezzanine floor which gives a full view over the distilling and production area from office, school, shop and bar. Exposed services, polished concrete floors and industrial style lighting Exposed services, polished concrete floors and industrial style lighting and furniture compliment the industrial building. The new facility is truly transformational for the business.
