What is RULER?

The RULER Approach

– coordinates the vocabulary and tools that adults use each day to foster student achievement, goal directedness, motivation, self-control, and a positive mindset.

– the goal of the RULER Approach is for students to experience the same messaging throughout their day.

– powerful, proactive way to address student achievement, school climate, anti-bullying, and academic goal setting.
