Creating Quick Flyers Hanna Presentations is introducing flyers to its repertoire of tools! Now you can easily import subject

property information from your Seller presentation to create a fast, professional flyer for your listing.

1. Sign into Hanna Presentations.

2. Select the Action button for the Seller presentation you are working on (see below).

Note: To start a new Quick Flyer, start a new seller presentations, fill in the pertinent information,

then choose “Create Quick Flyer” from the “Actions” button on the Subject Property page.

3. From the Action menu, select the new option “Create Quick Flyer.”

4. From the Quick Flyer Creation Tool modal, select the layout for your flyer (see below).

NOTE: You will have the option to select portrait or landscape style layouts. Each layout will

offer the same options of included content. You can change the layout for your flyer at any

time without needing to redo the content in the steps below.

5. Add content to your flyer.

NOTE: Content such as the Main Image, Description, Listing Details, and Price will be

imported from the subject property page of the corresponding Seller presentation. If you

used an MLS number to import this subject property information, MLS photos will be

available to choose.

6. Add your own title ①. This title does not need to correspond to your Seller presentation title.

7. Select “Next” to move back to the table of contents.

8. Select your Main Image ②. If you included a subject property photo for your Seller presentation,

the Main Image will already be present. You may substitute a different photo by browsing for

images on your computer or importing from the MLS, if applicable.

9. Add up to three Additional Images ③ for your flyer. As with the Main Image, Additional Images

may be added by browsing your computer or pulling from the MLS, if applicable. Click on the image

you would like to add, then click “Select Image.” Repeat to add multiple images.

10. The Description ④ for your property will be imported from the subject property page of your

Seller presentation. Edit your description or add a new one.

11. Select “Listing Details” ⑤. These details will be imported from the subject property page of your

Seller presentation. You may select up to seven items to display on your flyer.

NOTE: The disclaimer below the “Next” button reads, “All feature content is imported from

the subject property page for this presentation.” If no content is entered in the

presentation, these Listing Details will appear as blanks on your flyer.

12. The price ⑥ will be imported from the subject property page of your Seller presentation. You may

edit the imported price here or add a new one, if applicable.

13. Select “Publish” to generate the PDF of your flyer. Review all items to ensure their accuracy. Now,

you may print it or save it to your computer.

NOTE: You may now go to the Action menu on Hanna Presentations to edit it or view your

flyer.
