CEE offers classes targeting grade levels K-12. We cover all major academic areas including science, social studies,
math, literacy, and the arts, and many classes are interdisciplinaryHow did CEE get started?
CEE was founded in 2004 by a group of students, teachers, and parents.
What’s the mission of CEE? To provide innovative educational programs that inspire dynamic
personal, artistic and intellectual growth To foster creativity, thoughtfulness, acceptance and community
while embracing diversity To develop students’ natural curiosity into a life-long love of learning
How does the program improve education in Washington? We work with teachers to design programs that fulfill state-
mandated curriculum requirements, use hands-on learning, and encourage enjoyment through exploration.
Hands-on learning experiences benefit students in many ways: The experiences engage students with a subject in a new way, making
comprehension, analysis and synthesis more accessible to students The experiences is memorable and inspires a love of learning
