Welcome to the Creative Kids ProgramThank you for registering to become a Creative Kids provider. Service NSW has prepared marketing materials for you to demonstrate you are a registered provider. These marketing materials are intended to support your business and let customers know they can use their Creative Kids voucher with you. This program is a great opportunity to develop new introductory classes and promote to potential customers in your area. An example could be a 4 week art class or a 2 day holiday introductory program for beginners.

Included in this pack are a range of creative materials you can organise to print and use within your business.

Included:

• a range of posters - choose the one most relevant to your business

• social media imagery

• digital banners to use on your website, emails or newsletters

• window decal (sticker) you can print to put up in your business.

This document outlines how your business should use these marketing materials.

Creative materials – Dos and don’ts

Dos

• The provided materials should be printed in colour• The materials must be produced at their intended

sizes. Posters have been set up for A3 and A4 use• Use the supplied materials to promote the

program within your place of business or while promoting your business within the community

• Refer to your business as a ‘Registered Provider’• Refer to the program as ‘Creative Kids’ (including

upper case C and K in ‘Creative Kids’)• Select the appropriate marketing material for

your businesses or organisation’s Creative Kids activities you provide.

Don’ts

• Amend any aspect of artwork, imagery, copy and/or graphics

• Re-size any supplied creative• Use the supplied materials for any other activity

other than Creative Kids promotion – as governed by the terms and conditions of the program.

Creative Kids posters

We have developed several posters you can use to promote Creative Kids in your business. The poster options are based on different Creative Kids activities and you can choose the most appropriate one representing your activities.

These posters are available in A3 and A4 formats and can be printed in house or sent to a local printer.

Shop decal (sticker)

A shop decal has been provided for use in your business to be placed on glass or window. It’s recommended to place this in a high traffic area at eye-level.

Printing the shop decal (sticker)

A print ready file is available for promotion of Creative Kids at your place of business. The file may be sent to your local printer and has been sized at 200mm x 200mm. We recommend advising your local printer that the decal shall be adhered to a shop front window / office glazing. The file is recommended to be printed on a white self adhesive polymeric vinyl.

Installation

Installation of the decal may be completed by the provider to reduce costs. Tutorials are available online, with application being similar to covering school books with contact.

Web application

A digital tile is provided that you can place on your website to indicate you are a Creative Kids provider.

No amendments may be made to the supplied marketing material.
