Cage Rage, the feature attraction at Aquaria KLCC this season, offers up-close and personal encounters with the fi ercest creatures of the deep. There are many ways to whip up some magic with Lindt chocolates. Here’s a recipe you can try in the comfort of your own home.

Lindt Dark Chocolate & Walnut Brownies

1. Preheat oven to 180º C. Line a baking tin with parchment paper.

2. In a mixer, blend melted butter with white and brown sugar.

3. Add in vanilla essence and eggs. Blend well on slow speed.

4. In a separate bowl, stir together cocoa, fl our, baking powder and salt.

5. Fold into batter and mix well. Ensure that all ingredients are evenly combined. Fold in the chopped walnuts.

6. Pour the batter into prepared tin. Bake for 35-40 minutes until done.
