ILMS MOUNTEN UP ON THE COVEYOR HEAD END ALSO CRUSHER 6 NO FLOOR. Magnetic separation machine, also named magnetic separator, is used to remove the iron powder in reusing of powder grain body. Magnetic separation machine is widely used in the resource recovery, timber industry, mining, ceramics, chemical, food and other industries, it is applied to wet separating materials of a size below 3mm such as magnetite, magnetic pyrite mine, baking, titanium iron ore material, etc and also used for the removing iron work in coal, non-metallic mining, building materials and other industries. Magnetic separator is the one of the most widely used and highest generality machinery. So how does the magnetic separators work?

ILMS(INLINE MAGNETIC SAPERATOR)OPERATION PHILOSOPHY START UP PROCEDURE FOR (ILMS)The following points need to be checked before taking ILMS operationAll permits and cross permits have been returned.Check the ILMS belt position & belt condition.Check the belt angle tightness.Check the coupling condition.Check gear box oil level.Check ZSS healthiness.Release EPB.BEFORE OPERATION:-Look after the belt run smoothly.Look after any temperature & sound occurs.

REVERSIBLE CONVEYOR BELT (RBF) REVERSIBLE CONVEYOR BELTFLOORA belt feeder is suitable for many applications and capacities.It is provided with full length impact pads/impact idlers as required for absorbing the impact of falling material and are reliable equipment.A belt feeder also can be used in reversible mode and thus can be used in locations like crusher/ screen houses where feeding to the equipment is required. The belt feeder can ensure proper feeding to a crusher or screen and also will reduce the impact of falling material directly on a screen etc.

It is ideal for close volume control of feeding material like sand and gravel and also for dry and fine materials. It has a simple structure easy to adjust.The volume can be controlled within 1% by providing a variable frequency drive and operated/ monitored thus from a remote station.

REVERSIBLE CONVEYOR BELT (RBF)The following points need to be checked before taking any RBF operation:-1. Ensure the all permit are closed.2. Check and ensure that nobody work under or above of conveyor system including house keeping persons.3. Check the house keeping condition ok under the conveyor.4. Check the all safety device are healthy condition(PCS,BSS,ZSS)5. Ensure the Emergency Push bottom release(EPB)6. Check the Gear box and scoop coupling/fluid coupling oil level.7. Check the all nut bolts tightness ok by hand.8. Check the belt condition, scraper, pulley legging and any forint material not keep on the belt.9. Check the flap gate are open by selected sequence systemOPERATION PHILOSOPHY START UP PROCEDURE FOR(RBF)AFTER RUN:-1. Inform to control room if belt running.2. Check the belt running smoothness. 3. Check the Gear box, scoop coupling, Plummer block temperature & vibration.4. Check the any abnormal sound occurs.5. Check the scraper condition(work or not) & if conveyor stop inform control room.6.Check the coal center loading or not on the receiving belt. 7. Finally continue monitoring the belt head to tail and maintained the smooth coordination with the control room. 8. Keep equipment clean.

OPERATION PHILOSOPHY START UP PROCEDURE FOR (RBF)

VIBRATING GRIZZLY FEEDERVibrating feeders are classified in two sub-groups, these being Electro-magnetic feeder and Electro- mechanical feeders. Electromagnetic models incorporate an electric motor which energies a magnet, enabling it to activate multiple times per minute. Every time the Feeding system magnet is energized it creates a 'stroke' action which resonates through the feeder trough and vibrates the materials in a uniform, high controlled flow towards the end of the

trough. As there are minimal or no moving components in these feeders, they are exceptionally reliable units that offer precise feed control where batch weighing and flow control needs to be precise. Electro-mechanical feeders are also reliable units with many models offering economical vale compared to electromagnetic models. Material flow is courser and the occasional preventative maintenance will need implementing. Instead of magnet activation,

Single drive eccentric shaftDouble drive eccentric shaft these feeders may utilize an eccentric shaft/counter weight with gear box or cardoon shaft counter weight , v-pulley, cam and bearing arrangement to introduce the vibrating action. These units are capable of operating in the harshest conditions and are unrelenting in moving massive volumes of coal, 20-Sep-13 rock or aggregates.

The vibratory screen adopts the barrel type of eccentric shaft vibration exciter and eccentric block to adjust the swing.

The following points need to be checked before taking any VGF operation:-All permits and cross permits have been returned.Check screen plate condition and clean or not.Check spring bolts ok or not.Check drive unit v belt & pulley ok or not.Check drive unit coupling bolts & cardoon shaft ok or not.Check eccentric shaft barrel drum oil level.Check discharge skirt rubber ok or not.Ensure RPG & flap gate open.AFTER RUN:-Check any abnormal vibration occurs. If found, contact control room & stop the machine as per needed.Continues close monitoring require.Keep equipment clean

RING GRANULATOR A crusher is a machine designed to reduce large Coal into smaller Coals, gravel, or rock dust. crushers are machines which use a metal surface to break or compress materials. Mining operations use crushers, commonly classified by the degree to which they fragment the starting material, with

primary and secondary crushers handling course materials and quaternary crushers reducing or particles to finer gradations. Each crusher is designed to work with a certain maximum size of raw material, and often delivers its output to a screening machine which sorts and directs the product for further processing.

RING

GRANULETORThe following points need to be checked before returning any crushers to service:-All permits and cross permits have been returned.The crusher shall be clear from any jamming.The crusher rotor shall be clear.All inspection doors are in the closed position and locked.There is no leakage at scoop coupling and fluid couplings and the oil levels are correct.No host pipe are leakage and radiator clean.Steiner suction & discharge valve are open.All nut & bolts are ok also both side rotor Plummer block.

OPERATION PHILOSOPHY START UP PROCEDURE FOR(Ring Granulator/CR)AFTER NUN:-Check any abnormal sound occurs in the Crusher, if yes inform control room and taken need full action or stop.Check both side Plummer block temperature.Check vibration.Check scoop coupling temperature & vibration.Scoop coupling oil pressure. Continues close monitoring require.Keep equipment cleanMaintain good coordination with the control room.

BELT FEEDER A belt feeder is suitable for many applications and capacities. A belt feeder also can be used in reversible mode or one way direction and thus can be used in locations like crusher/ screen houses where feeding to the equipment is required. The belt feeder can ensure proper feeding to upper stem conveyor belt.
