CSAC Special Project Funding Request

Proposal:

Club Sports would like to request a Special Project Fund to cover a set of Club Sports T-Shirts.

These shirts would be given to all students who are involved with their club sport, and have met

the requirements set by CSAC (club sports E-board) and the CS/IM Coordinator Gabrielle Sokol.

Exhibition: CSAC regulates their students through a website called IMLEAGUES.COM, and clubs are

registered to the site by Gabrielle. From there the Captains/Officers of each club facilitate

communication to their members to get them active on the site. Once registered, students are

prompted to fill out a waiver of liability, code of conduct, concussion form, and driving

affidavits. Gabrielle has access to see what students have fulfilled these requirements.

Our plan is to give a set of shirts to each club president once their students are registered

members on IMLEAGUES. We match the list of students per club, based on their roster given to

CSAC with their annual report. This report is required to be turned in at the beginning and end of

each school year by the current president. When more than 80% of the club is registered, that

club qualifies to get their shirts. We would ask for size of shirts per club once this request is

approved. This would also be an incentive to move clubs to abide by club sports policy.

Allocation Request: The vendor we are looking to use is ATS Printing

We have roughly 23-25 clubs, and we're estimating about 30 members per club.

Shirts would be a 2 color front and 1 color back design, with the front holding the allowed Grizz

head and the words Club Sports, where the back would consist of a 3 column list of all our club

sports.

In total we are asking for **$2737.50 ** dollars to be allocated towards this request.
