• Project Identification: coming up with a project idea , Assessing of demand for the idea(Feasibility report ) Mobilizing of interested entrepreneurs .
• Market Survey and Feasibility Report
• Establishment and Structuring of Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV)/Implementing Agency :Drafting and
structuring the Company , Share Holders agreement, Registering of spv . • Identification of Location : Connectivity, effluent treatment,availability of water and power .
• In Preparation of Project Report :bankable Detailed Project Report (DPR), for the identified Cluster that
meets the funding requirements of MOT and the financial institutions .
• Financial Closure: To assist Project SPV in designing the funding plan‐ debt, equity, viability gap funding
• Statutory Approvals: To assist the Project SPV in obtaining all necessary statutory approvals/clearances including environmental clearances, which are prerequisite to commencement of the project. also liaise with the State governments to resolve issues related with the State Government.
This would involve the following: 1. Undertaking the Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) 2. Filing the applications with the Pollution Control Boards for obtaining the Consent to establish
and environmental Clearances. 3. Filing applications for obtaining approval from Town & Country Planning Organisation. 4. Other approvals such as Municipal Corporation, Airports Authority etc,based on the need.
• Liaison with the State Government agencies : the connections for utilities, such as 1. Power. 2. Water. 3. Approach Roads .
• Financial Advisory Services to the government : To release and ensure proper utilization of government grant by
private company (SPV ) . Report the government on the same . • Monitoring & Evaluation: To monitor the progress/maintain quality of sanctioned projectprojects and submit periodical
progress reports to the government .

CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISION:
• Vetting of all Architectural , Structural and Electrical drawings .
• overall monitoring of the construction on a day to day basis maintaining of the checklist and report of day‐to‐day progress .
• To check the bills submitted by the contractor every month and certify the credibility of the same within three to four days from the date of receipt of bill
• To ensure time schedule as per agreement .
• To ensure compliance by the contractors of all labour laws and relevant Statutory Acts including Labour License, Minimum Wages Act, etc. and ensure of insurance.
• To ensure internal safety of structure by taking all necessary precautions
QUALITY CONTROL
• To monitor the quality of the work and ensure of the quality as per specification,relevant codes and as per Sound Engineering practices.
• Inspect and approve the materials at site as per specifications and Indian code provisions
• To ensure that work proceeds as per tender conditions and specifications.
