Tata Motor, a partner of Smile Train in the noble endeavourof gifting children with beautiful smiles and the potential to

Smile Train works towards spreading awareness about cleftlips, and this organisation works with 400 surgeons and 180
partner hospitals having benefited over 200,000 children inIndia.

Looking after MotherNature
In the villages around its manufacturing units, sources ofwater are identified and pipelines are connected tofarming plots to transport water for the crops.
Supported a village Khairboni of Jamshedpur in the pastfew years and the village has regular water supply around
the year. Farmers are now growing multi-crops annuallydespite the erratic monsoons.

Tata Motors' joint venture with Cummins Engine Company,USA, in 1992, was a pioneering effort to introduce emissioncontrol technology for India.
It is the first Indian Company to introduce vehicles withEuro norms well ahead of the mandated dates
Tata Motors is constantly working towards developingalternative fuel engine technologies. It has manufactured
CNG version of buses and followed it up with a CNG versionof its passenger car.
