An on-site delivery service is available at no extra cost. However, the nature of on-site deliveries (lack of access, etc.),means that goods often have to be signed for by someone other than your selected representative. Once a signaturehas been obtained, neither ourselves or our carrier can be held responsible for the goods. Although we willendeavour to provide proof of delivery wherever possible, no compensation can be claimed for any consequential loss.

An inspection and restocking charge of 30% will be made on returns (minimum £5.00 per consignment).
