Growth of the parkOne of the first major investors to locate in CTPark Bor was the technology giant, Tech Data, who moved into a new 36,000 m2 in 2006. Tech Data built a solid business at the strategic park, and in 2013, the company decided to expand it’s operations there, with an extension of 16,000 m2. In the interim, additional manufacturing and logistics operations such as Loxxess, Bridgestone and Schenker took advantage of the benefits of the location, setting up large facilities. The park continues to attract major international companies, recently welcoming Johnson Controls, All You Need, and Primark; while the companies already there continue to expand their footprint, underscoring the importance of the location. CTPark Bor has grown approximately 15% per year, and we expect it to continue this trend.

Service Centre

The aim of this centre is to not only provide an office space for the tenants of CTPark Bor, but to also be attentive to their personal needs. The building includes a canteen, mini market, and a medical professional, while the well-kept greenery outside provides a relaxing setting.

Employee Accommodation

To accommodate employees who are not able or willing to travel during the week, there is accommodation available immediately within CTPark Bor with 400 beds available at affordable rates of 5.5 EUR/night. The accommodation is operated by experienced pro-fessionals who have also running other existing accommodations across Bohemia. Due to demand, CTP is planning an additional 400 bed facility. Parallel we will implement break out areas, small sport fields and mini market.

Public Transport & CTP Shuttle Bus Service

Bus lines from 8 different routes arrive daily at bus stops in CTPark Bor. These bus lines start/finish in the larger towns such as Plzeň, Přimda, Tachov, and make stops in smaller villages enroute. We maintain contact with local authorities, who are able to im-prove or adjust the bus schedule upon our request.

CTP created its own shuttle bus service. This is a direct express bus link of 20 minutes connecting both Stříbro and Tachov as well as 5 other stops in front of the buildings in CTPark Bor for convenient workers access. Timetables are agreed with the cli-ents in CTPark Bor and are adjustable at any time. The bus goes 10 times a day and the price of ticket is approx 1.5 EUR.
