EbSU assumes no responsibility for delivery beyond its control. Here are the steps you need to follow to requesta credit or a claim.

1. Upon delivery of goods, please indicate on the carrier’s delivery form if the goods are damaged. Describewhat product is damaged and take a picture.

2. Contact your representative (s) within 48 hours of delivery and notify them that you received a damaged ormissing item. Your representative will, within a few days, contact you.

3. Any missing or broken pieces must be ordered by the store notifying the order desk that it is a replacementpiece and clearly identify the original purchase order number in reference.

4. It is mandatory that you get an authorization number from your representative for your claim to be accepted.
