Con 19 nuove adesioni, la “Guida all’ospitalità italiana” per la provincia di Cuneo fotografa l’evolvere di un progetto a favore della qualità, che quest’anno approda a 418 strutture, al netto delle 7 cui non è stato confermato il marchio. La Camera di commercio di Cuneo ha investito fortemente in questo progetto, coerente con le politiche comunitarie, nella consapevolezza di quanto il turismo sia diventato settore chiave dell’economia, soprattutto in questi anni di crisi. Significativi i numeri a livello europeo: il turismo rappresenta infatti oltre il 10% del PIL dell’UE (includendo l’indotto) e dà lavoro a 9,7 milioni di persone e a 1,8 milioni di imprese. Lo sa bene Isnart, la società del sistema camerale, che da quasi 20 anni in questo ambito affianca le Camere di com-mercio per far crescere le imprese e dare visibilità alla qualità raggiunta con il prestigioso marchio Ospitalità Italiana. Lo sanno bene gli imprenditori cuneesi del settore, che hanno saputo raccogliere la sfida della qualità e investire nelle proprie aziende, nella consapevolezza che il turismo può contribuire all’occupazione, allo sviluppo sostenibile e alla valorizzazione del patrimonio naturale e culturale che contraddistingue il nostro territorio.Tra le “matricole” quest’anno c’è anche un’agenzia di viaggi, categoria questa contemplata per la prima volta, alla quale il marchio viene concesso in nome della correttezza, dell’efficienza operativa e dell’operatività a favore dell’incoming.Complessivamente, nella Guida 2014, le realtà presenti sono cresciute, grazie all’attenzione rivolta agli obiettivi di ogni singola categoria, al corretto rapporto tra cliente e struttura, al pieno rispetto delle regole, riepilogate in attenti decaloghi.Il tutto con la finalità di creare un rapporto di fiducia, dando prova di serietà e professionalità, alla luce dei nuovi orien-tamenti della clientela, sempre più portata a muoversi con intelligente consapevolezza, a scegliere e a perseguire mete precise. Il viaggio, la vacanza, la sosta per una parentesi di villeggiatura non hanno nulla di casuale: sono programmati e sviluppati in una ricerca di equilibri personalizzati e voluti dal singolo utente, studiati alla luce di parametri che si auspi-cano rispettati. Si chiedono garanzie e sicurezza e ci si impegna nell’evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti.Con le strutture che si fregiano del “Marchio Ospitalità Italiana”, la provincia di Cuneo avalla e prosegue il percorso della qualità e di una serietà operativa che viene premiata, anche e soprattutto in un contesto di crisi qual è l’attuale.

With 19 new listings the “Guide to Italian Hospitality” for the Province of Cuneo captures the evolution of a project focused on quality that this year lists 418 facilities, not including those (7) for which recognition is unconfirmed .In keeping with EU strategies, the Cuneo Chamber of Commerce has invested heavily in this project, aware as it is of the central role of tourism in the economy, particularly in these difficult times. The figures on a European level are very telling. Tourism accounts for more than 10% of the European Union GNP (including lined industry) and 9.7 million jobs spread over 1.8 million businesses. Well aware of this is Isnart, the chamber system company, that for almost 20 years has collaborated with the cham-bers of commerce to encourage the development of these businesses and promote the quality achieved with the prestigious Italian Hospitality recognition.Likewise, the Cuneo companies operating in the market have taken on the quality challenge and invested in their companies, aware of the importance of tourism in terms of employment, sustainable development and the enhance-ment of the natural and cultural resources that make our region unique.This year’s “new entrants” include a travel agent, this category being included for the first time, with the recognition awarded for professional conduct and operating efficiency. There are more companies than ever listed in the 2014 Guide thanks to the focus on objectives within each single cate-gory, the correct client-facility relationship and complete compliance with regulations documented in detailed guidelines. All designed to create a relationship based on trust, as proof of the reliability and professionalism of each company, within the context of new client expectations, who are increasingly concerned with the selection of precise destina-tions based on intelligent information. Nothing is left to chance in terms of the journey, the vacation, and the period of stay at the facility. All these factors are planned and coordinated to ensure customised balance for each user, designed around respected parameters. Guarantees and safety and the desire to avoid disagreeable problems are top of the list.With the facilities that boast the “Italian Hospitality Recognition” the Province of Cuneo confirms and continues its quest towards quality and operating professionalism that will be rewarded, particularly within the context of the current economic crisis.

Albergatori, ristoratori, titolari di pubblici esercizi e di strutture che lavorano in campo turistico-ricettivo sono consapevoli che la proficua collaborazione e il miglioramento dei ruoli sono legati alla professionalità, alla disponibilità nel mettersi in gioco, all’attenzione per l’aggiornamento costante, alla considerazione dei nuovi orientamenti della clientela. La richiesta di qualità, da anni ormai, è al centro delle istanze da parte di chi entra in una struttura ricettiva sia essa hotel, pizzeria, campeggio o ristorante. L’imperativo, da parte dei gestori, è garantire il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza, pulizia e capacità di ricevere. Tutto ciò è assicurato dal “Marchio Ospitalità Italiana” a cui aderiscono, in provincia di Cuneo, oltre 400 strutture. In qualità di presidente della Commissione di valutazione, che verifica l’esistenza delle condizioni per entrare a far parte del prestigioso marchio, ho avuto modo di constatare con quanta passione e impegno ci si adoperi per ottenere il rico-noscimento, promosso dalla Camera di commercio in collaborazione con Isnart, l’Istituto nazionale ricerche turistiche.Il marchio non si conserva con una sola visita iniziale. Le verifiche annuali da parte di tecnici qualificati accertano il mantenimento dei requisiti nel corso del tempo.Tra le priorità nella concessione del marchio l’eleganza e il lusso non sono requisiti primari, così come le coraggiose invenzioni enogastronomiche in cucina; sono invece elementi fondamentali di valutazione le caratteristiche dei locali e degli spazi adiacenti (dal parcheggio a una segnaletica adeguata), la pulizia, l’attenzione all’arredo, l’esposizione del menù nei ristoranti, il comfort delle camere per gli alberghi, l’attenzione per il territorio e la fornitura di tutti i servizi necessari per rendere gradevole la sosta dell’ospite.Una garanzia di base su cui il gestore può immaginare nuove opportunità per attrarre la clientela, con lo scopo di far crescere la fiducia, di infondere sicurezza, di indurre alla fidelizzazione, facendo sentire a casa propria l’ospite con serietà e consapevolezza del proprio ruolo.

Hoteliers, restaurateurs, retailers and businesses in the tourism-hospitality industry are aware that successful colla-boration and progress are linked to professionalism, willingness to become involved, staying abreast of new trends and understanding customers’ evolving requirements.For years, quality has been a priority for guests, whether in hotels, pizzerias, restaurants or camp grounds. So it is impe-rative that managers of these establishments ensure compliance with standards for safety, cleanliness and hospitality.This is ensured by the “Italian Hospitality Brand,” which numbers more than 400 member businesses in the Province of Cuneo.As Chairman of the Evaluation Committee, which verifies that businesses meet the standards required to receive the prestigious distinction, I have witnessed the level of dedication and commitment required to achieve this recognition, sponsored by the Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with ISNART, the National Institute of Tourism Research.The recognition is not attained with one visit alone. Annual audits by qualified technicians ensure that requirements are maintained over time.Elegance and luxury are not the primary priorities for licensing the trademark, nor are courageous culinary inventions in the kitchen. Rather, fundamental elements of evaluation include characteristics of the site and adjacent areas (from parking lot to proper signage), cleanliness, attention to furnishing, menu display in restaurants, comfort of the hotel room,; focus on the local region and the provision of all necessary services to create a pleasant stay for guests.It is a guarantee on which business owners can build new opportunities to attract customers, with the objective of increasing trust, instilling security, creating loyalty and making guests feel at home with professionalism and awareness of their role.
