The first Amendment
George was curious about the amendments. As curious as he was he finds a book about the amendments and begins to read. He learns about the 1st amendment. And reads how it protects his basic rights.
George also reads that the first amendment allows him to say anything he wants, and express himself anyway he wants
The 2nd amendment
George was worried about being bullied by someone. The Man in the yellow hat reminds George of the 2nd amendment and how it gives him the right to bear arms
George was curious about what the right to bear arms means. Curious George decided to ask the man in yellow hat. He tells him that it means he has the right to protect himself.
