As a member of the FOSS replacement Project Management Office, I assisted the test groups by ensuring they documented all their test cases, that they documented all defects found in their problem report database, that they had the proper test data they need to test, that they reported their testing status, and that they met the testing schedule timelines.

Provided suggestions and examples of test case writing for groups that did not have written ones to meet proper documentation requirements and traceability.

Acted as a representative for all testing activities between CBSA and Citizenship and Immigration Canada by coordinating schedules and meetings for Partnership Testing.

Updated their Test Strategy document. Wrote an End-to-End test plan, arranged resources for it, and arranged for a tester

to provide and perform test cases. Ensured the test groups had previous experience with their problem reporting

database, JIRA, and arranged multiple training sessions on it if they didn’t. Reported on all issues in regards to testing back to the Project Management Office
