pages. In order to be a consumer member on one of these boards, you must meet the following qualifications:

Must be a U.S. citizen and a resident of Louisiana for at least one year immediately prior to

appointment;

Must be 18 or older;

Must have never been convicted of a felony;

Must not have and have never had a material financial interest in the healthcare profession;
