RESPONSIBILITY:-

Responsible for all of Site supervisor Civil and Architectural related activities, check and

review the plans & specifications for the proper construction & quality implementation at

job site.

Mobilizing and Overseeing site execution as per the approved drawings .

Coordinating with subcontractor for ID works.

Organizing routine work schedule to sub-con engineer & foremen and monitoring progress in line with the program schedule.

Making necessary preparation works for site Inspections.

Submission of material and monitoring material delivery schedule.

Preparation of daily reports and submitting to consultants

Knowledge of safety, environment, pollution and latest developments in functional area.

Technical execution and supervision of works to ensure their quality & conformity with

the standards & specification prescribed.

Monitor work tests carried out by concerned consultant’s staff & undertake additional

tests as necessary to assess the quality of works.

Monitor and produce the monthly progress report and valuation of the works.

To submit the MAC for the approval and send the RFI to the consultant and client

inspection to proceed the works.

To make the meeting with consultant and client about the work progress and quality.

To check all the activities as per the drawing and give the comments about that.

Preparation of sub-contractors bills, preparation of completion reports.

Follow and check the consultant drawings and the shop drawings of the works.

Client’s representative prior to proceed concrete pouring and other succeeding

work activities that requires step by step inspection as per Inspection and Testing

Procedures (ITP)
