Key duties, responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities include: Under General Supervision, this position reports to the Lead HSE Coordinator. Responsible for
the necessary analysis, audits and investigations of all work areas to minimize the potential for injury or their loss. Uses independent judgement in application of HSE procedures and policies. Has the authority to stop all unsafe activities and conditions related to HSE.
Responsibility:
Management of Health, Safety & Environmental matters in his/her areas of responsibility Monitoring /reporting on HSSE Matters of Tasks/areas. Ensuring site inspection is done & deviations are closed out on time. Ensuring that your area of responsibility complies with international best practices. Following up corrective measures for implementation and effectiveness. Corrective coaching to the line management and employees. Ensuring HSSE targets and objective are met. Attend HSSE meetings as required. Reporting to the Lead HSE coordinator on a daily basis. Ensure that HSE performance of your area comply with the required HSSE requirements. Ensure LTIFR TIFR and RCR are kept below set target. Ensure that you play an active part in managing your area of responsibility Ensure that all inspections done are of good quality and proof of closed out within the required
time frame.

accordingly held and that the minutes of such meetings are kept and properly filed; That all persons are aware of the hazards attached to the work being carried out and are fully
conversant regarding the precautionary measures to be taken or observed to obviate such dangers;
