Sep 2013 – Present Specialist, Supply Chain Management (SCM) report directly to Senior Director of Production Operation.

I am assigned Yamani Dynasty Production Facilities (one of three largest facilities in Coach

Vietnam), and be full responsibility for the flow of information through the Service Provider (SP),

from raw materials (RM) and sample sign off until shipment.

Main duties:

Supply Chain Management Tasks:

1. Commercialization timeline: Monitors Product Timeline to ensure smooth transition from commercialization to production

- Work with Coach PD about any pending of design approval & commercialization for any specific collection/silhouette and define impactful delays.

- Work with Service Provider (SP) & PD any strategy to maintain Intro/FG delivery.- Inform New York ops/ New York Production Admin (NY PA) of missed intro or FG impact.- Manages product approval timeline for PA, CS, Pilot samples.- Monitors CS schedule with SP and OSE for setting up priorities.

Follow up Post Bom validation Request (PBVR)/Product Revision Notice (PRN):- PBVR follow up of liability and FG impact with NY Ops/ CIL PD & SP.- PBVR liability approval in ecvision system.- PRN required – follow up implementation month, liability & FG delivery impact with SP

-discuss/negociate with NY PD if potential huge liablity for the change in order to minimize the impact.

- PRN inquiry- communicate with NY Ops of liablity, implementation month & FG impact.- Responsible for Collateral packaging materials delivery communication with NY Ops (Gift

box) and CIL packaging team, as required.

2. On Time Delivery - Follow up Daily Output/ Efficiency/ Production issue:

- Partners with SP to ensure accurate data in the POT, Ecvision system. - Follow up daily output, efficiency monitoring, and analysis and take appropriate action. - Monitors RM delivery status with the factory. Escalate issues to MM team as required on an

exceptional basis. - Follow up production issue & FG quality call-out with internal/external parties and SP. - Communicates with NY Admin and NY Opts for missed intro / FG impact.- Liaises with POM, POD & OSE and factory management to ensure that order scheduling

corresponds per Coach’s requirements.

3. Pilot - Manages Pilot / Pull Forward Intro / Late Order Add:

- Work out timeline with NY Ops- Distribute timeline to multiple parties to follow- Follow up RMPO placement, commercialization timeline, FG delivery.- RM AA# application- FG AA# application- RM Air/Sea difference Debit Note follow up with SP/NY PA.

4. Plan Placement – Plan/Demand Change Request (DCR) placement.

- Distributes the Purchase orders to the SPs and verify of order details.- Escalates issues with CIL JDA / NY PA. - Ensures RMPO placement per RMPO milestone timeline, be proactive if any pending issues

prevent RMPO release.- Monitors FG Delivery quote on Ecvision.- Follow up materials Liability for PCR/DCR cancellation.- Responsible for RM AA# application & Air/Sea difference Debit Note follow up.

5. Shipment:- Responbible for Re-ticket due to Re-route, change styles description.- Responsible for FG AA# application.- Monitor early shipment happens as original proposal per Coach’s request.

6. Special Project – Mange and handle any special business requirements from NY

counterparts:

- Work out timeline with NY Ops- Distribute timeline to multiple parties to follow- Follow up RMPO placement, commercialization timeline, FG delivery.- RM AA# application- FG AA# application- RM Air/Sea difference Debit Note follow up with SP/NY- Invoice to NY PA for payment to SP.

Weekly Tasks:

1. Capacity:- Provide monthly open capacity and reserve capacity for additional late orders.- Validate production forecast, analysis production forecast for current & coming 3 months

from SP and validate with POD.

2. Commercialization timeline – mange long lead time (LLT) timeline:

- Identifies long lead-time styles. Support POD on the management of long lead time programs. Liaising with PD, SP & NY Ops. Agree on production lead time with SP and follow up of production.

- Manages LLT timeline. - Provides outsource capacity for LLT style.- Identifies SP long lead-time capacity.

Manages weekly in transit number corresponds to Ecvision within +/- 3%.

4. Meeting – weekly touch base with POD:

- Partner with Production Operation Management team to follow up production and manage on time delivery.

- Output review. - Production issue review.- Efficiency / Capability input.

5. Report:- Prepare Pos meeting agenda.- Make weekly report to Production Operation Director update current production situation,

delivery status, forecast output, identify capacity issue, production challenges,...

Montly Tasks:

1. Allocation:- Confirm capacity for allocation: review and feedback on style level allocation - after the

planning cycle, mainly to confirm the capacity availability.- Feedback on allocation: review and feedback on style level allocation - before the planning

cycle.

2. Logistic KPI:Monitors logistics KPI and liaises with Coach Logistic team to analyze variance and follow up action plans.

3. Plan Placement:- Work with SP on internal balancing and communicate the plan to Logistic & Planning team

in NY Ops & in Singapore.- Support of Monthly Plan Release:

Provide monthly guideline to planning for plan placement, this is base on SP production status after validated with Production Operation Director .Provide feedback on transfer or orders related questions like:

confirm if SP can accept the style/order in questions confirm if SP can flex up the long lead time capacity like printing, emboss etc. if the

orders exceed the stated capacity. communicate the transfer to related departments / execute the transfers.

- Monitor Raw Material (RM) delivery status with the factory. Escalate issues to Material management (MM) team as required on an exceptional basis.

4. Market week samples:- Supports New York market week team to ensure on time delivery of market week samples

as required.- - Support factory to source sub-material from Coach liabrary in urgent case to meet the

sample delivery timeline.

5. Report:- Balance Score Card Report: review/update data to report, escalate if any incorrect

measurement. Asking for action plan from factory if any criteria did not meet target.- Efficiency measurement:

Report SP daily output, number of workers, average hours per bag etc. Provide SP efficiency comment.

- Quality Look Ahead report:Update collection based on volume, special project, pilot into this file for multiple teams to feedback.

Quarterly Tasks:

1. Meeting: attend allocation meeting- Identify long production lead-time styles.- Outsourced capacity for long lead time styles on quarterly basis.2. Inventory management: - Monitor SP weekly shipment. - Control Dollar Value. - Support POD in the management of quarterly inventory management.

Semi-annually Tasks:

1. Capacity - validate long range capacity:Follow up of the long range capacity ramp up / down plans and communicate concerns to Production Operation Director, and Planning team.

2. Material Liability - audit of RM liabilities:Audit of RM liabilities and eventual destruction according to instructions from ML team.

Compliance Tasks:- Communicate with factory & related departments to make the audit schedule.- Support the Compliance Head on the policies review, policy making process.

- Follows up with requests to ensure Service Provider (SP) has all systems in place to meet regulatory requirements.

- Detect issues and provide recommendation, solution to the factory for making necessary improvements prior to/after Third party’s audit.

- Ensures that SP’s written reports and correspondence are organized, accurate, appropriate in content, professional in appearance, and appropriately convey issue.

- Assists operational areas with implementation of recommended changes to enhance operations or mitigate risk.

- Monitors regulatory environment; evaluates statutes, regulations, and laws to determine applicability.

- Do monthly audit to make sure SP follow up regulatory and find out if any issue in production area, escalate if any potential issue that violate local law & Coach’s requirements.

Sep 2012 – Sep 2013 QM II, Quality Management report directly to Senior Manager

I am the first staff represent Coach Vietnam in the North and was in charge of 2 Service Providers (SP), Young One facility (1,600 workers) and Yamani Dynasty facility (3,200 workers).

Main duties:

-Be full responsibility for the production of all Coach’s products regarding Quality, and supports all Coach initiatives related to operations within the SP.

- Develop close partnership with other teams such as Engineer, PD, Costing, Material & SP key personnel to ensure successful production trials & smooth transition of samples from development, through commercialization and on into production.

- Follow up schedule of Engineering sample and Confirmation sample, make sure these samples are available at least 2 weeks before production month start.- Keep close contact with planning team to have head-up of peak month production, challenges styles, special projects and make sure FG delivery on time with quality meet Coach’s standard.- Lead production pilot run, call out potential issues may happen in mass production, alert challenges if any and make sure construction , design intent, dimension, … are followed up strictly.- Do daily inline inspection, audit inbound quality control (IQC) and laboratory test results.- Check and approve packaging instruction before production to make sure Coach’s product keep good shape during transportation.- Do weekly Gemba walk with SP management team to point out any area needs to be improved and push for keeping improvement.- Do monthly walkthrough audit, alert Quality Management team of potential and existing quality challenges, and help devise and implements appropriate improvement action plan brought upon coordination with SP and team leader ship. - Do MQA (manufacturing quality alert) for my assigned SPs, contribute to make a MQA book for Coach Vietnam & Coach global.- Responsible for quality issues resolution via Root Cause Analysis – Action Plan Implementation.- Ensure correct number of certified inspectors at SP location.- Identify efficiency challenges / weaknesses and propose solutions and opportunities for improvements.- Ensure 7s best practices are constantly on display & practiced.- Submit, and communicate weekly, and monthly summary report in a timely manner to Manager.

Main Duties:- Work with Clarks development team and technician team of factory in each new season for new styles to point out the main features and make sure everything is ready for bulk production- Check the pre-production and give recommendations to improve the quality as well as processes and make sure everything is transferred properly to production.- Monitor the product daily fitting test to ensure bulk is fit properly as designed.- Do process control daily from cutting to assembly, checking raw material, work with tanneries and factories on claim and compensation issues to finished products at assigned factories to ensure all standards required are met by the factories.- Work with all tanneries/component suppliers in setting standards and solving problems relating to quality and claim. - Check daily lab tests to make sure the products are assembled correctly and securely. - Conduct lab test for raw materials, FG in peak production month.
