Job Profile

To handle ICSRs, from various ADR monitoring centers across India. To Code Reactions and Drugs mention in ICSR’s as per WHOART and WHODD

respectively. Able to handle VigiBase, VigiFlow 5.2, VigiLyze, VigiSearch, VigiMine (Softwares

tool from WHO- Uppsala Monitoring Centre (UMC). To check the quality of reports from ADR monitoring centre through VigiFlow

(WHO Drug safety database). To give training to newly recruited Technical Associates. ADR’s report entry and manual entry of products and substances in VigiFlow

(WHO Drug Safety Database). Writing case narrative of voluntarily reporting ADR’s. To check and entry of SAE reports to VigiFlow submitted to CDSCO by various

companies. Coordinator member in Quality Review Panel, and Signal Review Panel under

Pharmacovigilance Program of India. Responsible for inputs in SOP development. To collaborate with commercial Hospitals for Pharmacovigilance under PvPI.

M.PHARM. RESEARCH PROJECT

“Formulation and Development of Wound Healing Herbal Cream” under the guidance of Prof. S.P. Bhatnagar, Advisor and Professor, Dr. Anima Pandey (Co-guide), Assistant Professor in Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi.

From ancient time some plants are used as wound healer and many of them are scientifically proved, Here we have selected those plants which are having wound healing activity and that is documented, work was concerned with the development of the formulations using four plants and the evaluation of that formulations using various methods. The formulations were evaluated for its stability and biological activities. The developed formulation of four plants was found to be best formulation with respect to stability as well as biological activity.

ACHEIVEMENTS

Qualified GPAT 2011 with 91.93 Percentile conducted by MSUB, Vadodara.

Qualified GATE with 90.34 Percentile in 2009 conducted by IIT Roorkee.

Successful Completion of PHARMACON-2010 as Student coordinator in BIT, Mesra, Ranchi held on 9-10 April, 2010.
