-Carrying out detailed discussion with clients and understanding the requirements of project-Coordinating detailed site survey and understanding of local byelaws-Development of initial design ideas and planning of institute-Preparation of detailed architectural drawings, 3D visuals for better comprehension of design and marketing of the project.-Appointment of MEP, facade and structural consultants. Short listing of main contractors in coor-dination with client and project management team.-Coordinating team of three architects to prepare detailed construction drawings for municipal approval.

Coordinated a team of 25 students for analysis, measured drawings and photo documentation of a courtyard house in western India - a Palace of King of Bhor. Bhor was a small state in Bombay Presidency of British India. The palace was built in 1869 with a synergy of Indian vernacular and European Renaissance Architectural style.
