The aims of this project are (1) to examine the prevalence of intraoperative secondary insults in Traumatic Brain Injury

patients undergoing extracranial surgery and to examine the effect of timing of extracranial surgery on the secondary

insults, (2) to examine the impact of intraoperative secondary insults on postoperative cerebral radiographic imaging,

intracranial pressure and escalation of care within 24 hours.
