Curved Handle Serving Tray

1. Start by going through the STOCK

BREAKOUT procedure

2. Once you have the pieces cut to the proper

length, width and thickness (right) start by

making the tray sides (below)

3. You can now either make

the ENDS or the HANDLES

4. Once all pieces are made

the assembly can be started

a. Glue sides to bottom

aligning the ends

b. Glue in ENDS using

dowel for alignment and strength

c. Glue in handles using

dowels for alignment and strength

5. Finish sanding/remove any

excess glue and apply finish
