I. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FULLY AND CONTINUOUSLY PROTECT ALLPARTS OF THE WORK FROM DAMAGE AND VANDALISM, AND SHALL ALSOPROTECT ADJACENT PROPERTIES AGAINST DAMAGE FROM THECONSTRUCTION PROCESS.

J. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL CARRY INSURANCE AGAINST CLAIMS UNDERWORKMEN'S COMPENSATION ACTS AND AGAINST ALL OTHER CLAIMSFOR DAMAGE, FOR PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, WHICH MAY ARISEFROM THE PROJECT OPERATIONS.
