4 When the unit is fully assembled and all fixings secure, backfill the foundationswith 0.17m³ of concrete (4 parts gravel/2 parts sand/1 part cement)
5 Allow concrete to set for 48 hours before first use

1 Read installation instructions through before commencing erection of unit2 Do NOT tighten fastenings until the unit is completely assembled3 Excavate foundations as shown in the diagram on page 24 Place pedestals in the foundations and prop up in position5 Ensuring pedestals are plumb, square and upright, and at the correct height and
centre of the dimensions, backfill foundations with concrete6 Allow 48 hours drying time before fixings slide to pedestals
M8 bolts to be torqued to 18Nm (13lbft). M10 bolts to be torqued to 34Nm (25lbft)M12 bolts to be torqued to 55Nm (40lbft). All protruding screw threads to be peened over toremove sharp edges. Lifting aid will be required when installing this piece of equipment
