Blue Bus

“Customer Experience”

Inquiry Booking Complaint

- Customer calling 2121 to ask

about the service.

- Advisor explain the service to

him and advise that we have

20% discount.

- Advisor explain the SL of

receiving the tickets based on

the time of reservation and

date of travel.

- Advisor explain the places

which the cst can get the

tickets from.

- Customer calling 2121 to reserve

blue bus.

- Advisor take the require data:

- Customer number.

- Round trip or One way.

- Date of Departure.

- Date of return. (in case of

Round trip.

- Payment method.

- Advisor check the available buses

based on the cst request & reserve

the needed tickets.

- Advise with the SL for tickets

expiration and the places to get the

tickets from

- Send the confirmation SMS to the

cst.

Customer calling 2121 to

complaint from blue bus

service:

- Send an email to:

“ CC SBU complaints” Mailbox

&

[email protected]

- And directly call Donia on

mobile phone.

- 2121 customer enjoy discount 20% on ticket price.

- Tickets category: (Prices vary based on the direction of the trip)

- First class.

- Business class.

- Comfort class.

- Customer can pay by one of the below 3 methods, and he must determine the way of

payment within the call before making the reservation;

- Aman Outlets. (attached the stores in the email)

- Fawry Outlets. (Fawry locator on fawry website)

- Stores/Stations. (attached in the email)

- SL of paying tickets after reservation through 2121:

- Within 24 hrs.: if the trip after more than 48 hrs. of reservation.

- Within 3 hrs.: if the trip time is after 48 hrs. or less.

- If the customer paid through Fawry or Aman, he has to print the tickets from the station

once he arrive on the trip date.

Blue Bus “Rules”

- Cst must show up in the station before the trip with minimum half an hour.

- Kids Policy: above 4 years must have full ticket.

- Before payment : We can cancel the request done through 2121 after reservation,

however we can’t modify on the reserved tickets. (if the customer need to modify anything in his request, we can cancel the whole request and reserve again for him

based on the seats availability on the bus)

- After Payment “Cancellation Rules”

- Any cancellation or modification on the paid tickets must be directly from Blue Bus

station ONLY

- Siebel Activity: Inbound 2121 > Commercial activities > Blue Bus > Inquiry/Booking/complaint

Blue Bus “Rules” Cont.’

Any time till 4 hours before the trip 6.6% deduction on any modification or cancellation

4 hours before the trip

(first 3 hours of the 4)

25% deduction on any modification per ticket

50% deduction in case of Cancellation per ticket

One hour before the trip No modification or cancellation and NO Refund

Reservation Steps

1. Login to Blue Bus URL (https://bluebus.com.eg/admin)

Enter your username and password

here to login

Press Login

2. Open Travelex then OPS

1. Press the right 3 lines

3. press POS then “Point of Sale”

4. Press on select customer

“To search if the customer already has account or not”

5. Enter Customer number 6. Press Search

4. If the customer already has account

registered, it will appear as below So, you will press on “select“ to proceed

with the next reservation process

5.If the customer doesn’t have account registered, it will

appear as below, and in this case we have to create an

account for him

a. As the customer doesn’t have account we have to create

account to him by pressing on “ Create Account”

b. Fill the below details to

create the account‘”Email field is not mandatory and

you don’t have to add”

c. Press Create

7. After entering by Customer’s account we can proceed in the

reservation process

a. Select if it’s “Round Trip” or “One Way”

IF it’s “Round Trip” You will add the needed data

- Travel station “From “ & “To”

- Travel Date

- Return Date

b. Press “Search” to view all the available buses based

on the search

The available buses will appear based on the search details then start

checking with the customer the needed bus time and tickets

categories available on it… and select “Book” on the needed bus with

the needed ticket category

You can check the available

features in the bus through the

icons appear for each bus

After choosing the needed bus with the needed ticket category, the below

page will appear to start reserving the needed seat for the cst

- The Red seats are already

reserved

- The blue seats are free to

reserve

- Selected seats will appear with

different color

- Number of seats will appear on

the left side

After choosing the seats

we have to press

“Select”

The reserved tickets will

appear in the booking cart

As we chosen the “round

trip” so we have to

reserve the return trip as

well before checking out

Choose“return trips”to check the needed bus

time with tickets category

And then made the

reservation normally.

The tickets reserved in the

return bus will appear as

well in the Booking Cart.

Press “Checkout” to

complete the reservation.

We have to select the exact

“payment method” for the

customer before checking out.

After pressing “checkout”, the below page will appear with the brief

about the order as well as the total payment amount after the

20% discount and the Order Number

Order Number must be sent to the customer in the below

template SMS as well as adding it to the Siebel activityInbound 2121 > Commercial activities > Blue Bus >

Inquiry/Booking/complaint

"Dear Customer,

Your order number is xxxxxxxxx, for total amount xxx LE, you have to

pay the full amount within xxx hrs, in any xxx outlet

Thanks for calling 2121”

You can check on any order through;

Press on the 3 lines on the left> EgyProTech>Vodafone BlusBus> Orders “If you want to check by order number”Press on the 3 on the left > EgyProTech>Vodafone BlusBus> Tickets “If you want to check by customer number”

Tickets Cancellation:• Press on the 3 lines on the left > EgyProTech>Vodafone BlusBus> Orders “check by order number”• Write down the Order number “get from Siebel”• Press “Cancel”
