DESCRIPTION
This is a custom tailored the SPICE process assessment tool and applied it to the Control and Diagnostic Systems Unit at Pratt and Whitney - a well known aircraft engine design and engineering firm. This tool was actually applied and used at this firm resulting in significant process improvements. Engineers and management were pleased with the results as processes were less bloated, more streamlined, and efficient.
